Next on the podium is a charming British gentleman. We’ve been emailing and chatting and it was time for the all important first phone call. But first I got this email from him:

Before I call you, I wanted to be open about something.  When I was married, my ex asked if I would go to a swing club with her, which we did, to see what it was like.  Turned out she wasn’t keen on it, but after going, I was.  Needless to say, we didn’t go again but this is something I’d like to do when I meet someone.  I just wanted to see how receptive you are to that sort of thing?

I hope I don’t offend you, but I wanted to be honest and open upfront.
